Female Spodoptera pulchella (Noctuidae) Pupa. Reared from January the 26th. The caterpillar was found hidden on the soil of my totally defoliated Habanero pepper young plants the 01/26/2017. She was subsequently reared at home with "Garden Mix Salad" (showing preference for the spinach). The pupa was found on the soil of the den the 02/11/2017. The imago appeared on February 26 unexpectedly when I was examining the dwelling... Thanks to TeĆ” Kesting-Handly and Paul John for the ID (the most distinctive ID feature is the curved marking right along the inner margin of the forewing).
