Identification
Bold pattern is distinctive, though color variable. Perillus circumcinctus is said to be very similar (1), though typical coloration is different, perhaps, see Insects of Cedar Creek.
Range
Includes much of United States.
Food
Predatory, including on such pest species as the Colorado Potato Beetle.
