Robber Fly - Diogmites neoternatus

Robber Fly - Diogmites neoternatus
Washington, Warren County, New Jersey, USA
August 8, 2007
Size: 2 cm
This was found inside our building at work - he flew in through an open door. I'm pretty sure it's a robber fly, but don't know the species. Closest thing I have found is Diogmites misellus. Does this sound correct?

Just about
100% of the Diogmites that fly into houses seem to be D. neoternatus. This is also D. neoternatus.

Right genus, anyway.
That is at least the correct genus:-)
