Myzinum? - Myzinum - female

Myzinum? - Myzinum - Female
Bellevue, Fontenelle Forest, Sarpy County, Nebraska, USA
August 8, 2007
Size: approximately 1"
This wasp was photographed on Blue Vine (Ampelamus albidus). We have checked the guide but can't find anything that matches. Could this be a Myzinum? Thanks for any help with ID. Sorry for the poor photo quality.

Thanks,

Myzinum sp.
A female of an atypical, because very dark, species. Correlatively, wings are strongly infuscated with a rich blue-violet hue too. Could well be mistaken for a Monobia at some distance or when in flight.
Pictures - at least this one - are not so bad, and they should not be frassed until other specimens are available.

Thanks, Richard!
Appreciate your help.
