P. truncatus
Size and horns look more like Phileurus truncatus

(in her area the only two she should have are valgus and truncatus. Horns in valgus are only small bumps and never large enough to see at this angle. P. valgus also stays around the 1" mark where truncatus is much larger. Both are long lived and both are usually found in "caches" with one or two adults and lots of larvae).
