Size: body is 7/8 inch long
I think this is Eburia quadrigminata based on what I see in the Bug Guide. I am sending two images, one with a ruler. This is my first submission, so I hope it works. This site is terrific.

You are correct! There are only two species of Eburia from the eastern US. The other, E. haldemani is usually darker brown with smaller ivory spots and distinct pubescence.
