Small moth
This is something in the genus Bedellia, which sometimes is placed in its own family, Bedelliidae, and sometimes is included in "Lyonetiidae" in the sense that includes Bucculatrix.

I am familiar with one species, B. somnulentella. The moth in your image could be that species, as it is externally very similar to it. I am not familiar with a second species, B. minor, that is listed for the USA.
