I'm not confident this is Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis, but some of the other images located here seem to be the same thing. By moving mine here, maybe they can both be moved appropriately at the same time.

Look, for example, at the detail of the markings on the face. Those on the images I posted are similar to those on one of the others, but not the other one.

Also, look at the debris stuck to the bags. I would expect evergreen bagworms to be eating evergreens. Mine was eating Paulownia, and the one that it looks like here, apparently was also eating something other than evergreens.
