Entomobrya atrocincta?
I am definitely not a springtail expert, just taking my best guess, but it looks a lot like some of the E. atrocincta males in the guide -- the color variant that lacks the black thorax. For reference:

Frans will undoubtedly get around to looking at your post and he'll be able to say for certain. :)
