I think this is a female Argia apicalis

Eastern Forktail female
It's an immature female Eastern Forktail, Ischnura verticalis. The orange color is typical of those.

Couldn't decide between Forktail and Dancer, I'm so bad at Damsels! Thanks again for your help with this and all the other help you've given the people on bugguide with Odonates!
