Very Small B&W Speckled Moth - Eudonia strigalis

Size: ~4mm
Very small moth. Picture taken during the day, but the moth was not active, so cannot say it was diurnal with certainty. Color is pretty accurate - basically black and white. Haven't been able to find any decent leads on what kind he might be - apologies for that!
