Moved from Aphids.

A male aphid, I'd say.
In the other image, it appears to have the characteristic "tail pipes".

 
Not likely
Male aphids are rare, and usually only occur in the fall (September - October).

This looks like a typical parthenogenic female but its tough to ID it further with these images.
