Updated info
Well, I went out to verify that it was found on a pear tree and found that another type of tree is intertwined with the pear. I followed the branch back to its source and found that the trunk is growing so close to the pear tree that they look like one. So it's more than likely that these galls are NOT on the pear tree leaves. I'll watch the development of the other tree as the season progresses to see if it's a cherry tree. Thank you for the ID of the galls.

Some sort of galls perhaps?
Some sort of galls perhaps? They look a lot like these.
. After doing a bit of reading, those could be caused by a mite. Wait for an expert's opinion.
