Though this picture is not very clear (shot with 70-300mm lens @300mm) I think the distinctive colors may allow for identification.

The scutellum looks more elevated and conical, so this may instead be T. vulpinus. Regrettably, coloration isn't very reliable as we have 3 species in our area that can have identical coloration (and there's at least a fourth in Mexico).
