this looks like a Coreid nymph - i.e. immature leaffooted bug. Usually their mouth parts are tucked under and can't be seen, so these pictures are very cool.

That's its mouth.
True bugs have all their mouthparts fused into a tube- they can suck, but never chew. The carnivorous ones inject some pretty nasty enzymes into their prey in order to reduce their insides into something that can be drunk through that straw!
