Iron Cross Blister Beetle - Tegrodera aloga
Lake Pleasant parking lot, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA

Size: ca 1inch
This blister beetle was taking a stroll across the parking lot. An ASU professor identified it for me. He says it eats the blue flowers of an inconspicuous annual (hispidum or Eriastrum)
