Coelidia olitoria
This is a female of the typical subspecies, which has dark wing veins. Compare it to subspecies floridana, which is shorter and more orange; this subspecies has been recorded from near Tulsa, OK in an adjacent county (see http://bugguide.net/node/view/133405#170633).
