Eight-spotted Flea Beetle - Omophoita cyanipennis

I've had this beetle identified as Omophoita cyanipennis octomaculata, but I don't see any place in the guide for it. Does anyone know the common name?

Common name?
Octomaculata translates as "Eight-spotted." That's what I call mine...
