Tegenaria domestica--domestic house spider male - Tegenaria domestica - Male
Wrangell, Alaska, Southeast Alaska Panhandle County, Alaska, USA
August 20, 2007
Size: 7 mm
As in the image in Vetter and Antonelli's paper on hobo spider id, the pedipalp is very slender/pointy and the long point is single and ends in the middle-top of the palp. In other Tegenaria this part curves around to the bottom or side and may have 2 points. This is not to be confused with the other pointy structures on lower side.
