Found on wall of a tunnel which a creek runs through... Im stumped... any ideas?

Looks like Chrysomelid. I can see the bilobed 4th tarsomere on the middle right leg. As far as genus; you or somebody else will need to key it out. Colourful. 1.5cm(3/4in.) Seems large. How accurate is that? (i.e. Did you wrestle it down and measure it?)
