Baskettail - Epitheca canis

Baskettail - Epitheca canis

Is it possible to tell if this is a Common or Spiny Baskettail?

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Beaverpond Baskettail - Epith
Beaverpond Baskettail - Epitheca canis. You can see the protrusions on the upper side of the tail appendages.

Not a great shot but see: http://bugguide.net/node/view/56240
(if it had been Spiny or Common you would not have been able to tell from this angle, would have needed a view of the tail appendages from the side)
