xespok is correct, wing venation is wrong for Cochliomyia. Note the gentle bend in vein M, the bend is a much sharper angle in Cochliomyia. A Muscid seems reasonable.

In my opinion this does not show the species C. malcellaria. The thoracic pattern and the wing venation is different.

This could be a Muscid.around Graphomya.
