Tiny Hemiptera on flowering stem of grass - Mormidea lugens

Tiny Hemiptera on flowering stem of grass - Mormidea lugens
Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 15, 2017
Tiny Hemiptera on a flowering stem of grass. Windy day, 70 degrees, 6:18 p.m. in suburban garden with many native plants near Boston and the Middlesex Fells. Any identification help is appreciated. What a pretty little bug! Sorry I didn't get a photo with the head in focus. Things were blowing around and then the subject decided it had had enough of me and took off.

Moved from ID Request.
