I think Telebasis salvum, teneral - Telebasis salva

I think Telebasis salvum, teneral - Telebasis salva
Austin, Travis County, Texas, USA
August 21, 2007
I have been posting some Telebasis images directly to the Desert Firetail page, because Jason Forbes has informed me that Travis county only has that species. In this teneral specimen, the "1" markings are apparent, so I think that's enough to pin this one down, despite the lack of coloration.

Separate questions:
1)what are the other lilypad inhabitants shown here?
2)do I mark this as an adult or immature?

Moved
Moved from Damselflies.

If it has wings...
it's adult (mayflies excepted). "Teneral" isn't really a life stage, it's just the newest beginning part of any of those

Good to know
Thanks, Chuck
