This is now Oulema. What color is the under surface? It looks more like O. sayi to me but could still be collaris.

From Virginia this time. Your beetles come from all over the place.
Looks like Lema collaris. Compare with the ones from Cedarcreek: http://www.cedarcreek.umn.edu/insects/album/024107013ap.html
