Greenish yellow caterpillar with white stripes

In Lepidoptera of the Pacific Northwest the two that look very similar are Cosmia calami and Orthosia hibisci. Since Cosmia calami feeds on Oak and this was some kind of thorned bush, I'm leaning more toward Orthosia.??
