I'd look at the Augochlorini
I'd look at the Augochlorini Tribe (Metallic Green Sweat Bees) in the Halictidae (Sweat bees) and see who is local to your area. That might be a good start. The identity of the flower may be a clue as well. Some of these guys have favorite plants. Great shot!
