ID on hopper nymph? - Gyponana

This one's got me stumped. And is that some sort of parasite on its side? Found on blackberry.

Gyponana
Either Gyponana or Gypona, both of which are green; but neither of the northern species of Gypona have nymphs with those black spots on the thorax near the wing pads, so I think it must be some kind of Gyponana. None of the Gyponana in our collection have these black spots, but we have very few associated nymphs in this genus, and lots of species, leaving a wide range of possibilities.

For another example of a nymph with these black spots, see one from IL at http://bugguide.net/node/view/66773#73535

The black sac on its side is made by a larval Dryinid (a small wasplike parasite).
