A friend sent me this photo hoping for an ID, but I'm stumped. It looks like a bee mimic, with cerambycidae antennate, but fly-like wings. I'm very confused.

Cerambycidae: Ulochaetes leoninus!
My wife figured it out with some aggressive google image surfing. What a weird long horned beetle!
