Cobweb spider??

Cobweb spider??
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA
August 9, 2007
Size: About 1cm excluding legs
I found this guy on a rock under my apple tree in my back yard. There were no webs near by, but it was on the move, so it may have been looking for a new place to take up residence. My best guess is some sort of Cobweb/Comb-footed (Family: Theridiidae) spider but I cant seem to find anything that quite matches. Any help would be great.

Neat
spider. An orb weaver or a cobweb spider.

Can't decide if we see
the hairy legs, but the pattern reminds us of Zygiella
