Obscure Pygmy Locust - Paratettix mexicanus

Obscure Pygmy Locust - Paratettix mexicanus

This tiny little hopper looks like a speck of mud until you get pretty close. There were tons of them moving about at a drainage ditch/stream edge, that scattered when I got close. I'm thinking its Tetrix arenosa based on comparison images here. I expect I've caught the sex organs in this shot, but don't know enough of the anatomy to classify it.
