Prionus californicus ? - Prionus californicus

Size: about 5 cm
This guy came to my black light last night, I'm reasonably sure it is Prionus californicus, based on photos on BugGuide and on (1), (2), & (3).

It made noise
Yes, I didn't notice the sound at first until my wife pointed it out to me (I can no longer hear the higher frequencies), but when I held it close to my ear I could hear it.
