Found inside an overturned milk crate type basket near a wood pile. I think it's some sort of flightless bush cricket... any ideas?

I believe this is a female Ha
I believe this is a female Hapithus agitator. Per SINA there are three species in the genus. With the range maps, drawings and pictured specimens, this is H. agitator.
