Looking around here at bugguide and elsewhere, I see lots of confirmation that this is a nymph stink bug.

Definitely a stink bug nymph - probably Acrosternum hilare, Green stink bug. One of the better photos of this species that I have seen.

Actually
I think that it's probably an immature stink bug of some sort.
