Size: <1 inch
Trying to separate this individual from P. delicatula. The hind tibia on this individual are cream colored and not orange. Otherwise the hind femur markings, thorax pattern, and face markings look good for both species.

I don't know which species. You do have Psoloessa texana photo on bug guide which has the same cream colored hind tibia.

The appearance tends to suggest P. delicatula, but the habitat would suggest P. texana.
