I collected one specimen three years early in the same location.

Reminds us of the genus Arachnis
images in the guide here. Specifically maybe 8155 - Arachnis aulaea. You can see Jim Vargo's image at MPG here

After more looking I believe you are right. The moth "Arachnis aulaea" just has to be this moth.

Thanks John, I believe these two belong to this group but I can not find a match. The different between the two, shown in the pictures, is small but enough to make me wounder if they are the same sp.
