Size: 2.5mm
I am placing this here because it is so close in appearance to this and unlike any other Nepticulidae in the guide. The locations are within 30 miles of each other and St. Johns Wart (host plant) is common in the area.

The id is correct. We have rearing records of this species from WA in a draft manuscript...
