Mason Wasp ? But it has 2 white bands - Scolia bicincta

I'm not so sure it's a Mason Wasp. The ones listed here seem to mostly have 1 band.

This wasp's wings also seem to have a blue shimmer to them, which is hard to photograph.

How about double-banded scoliid
Scolia bicincta.
