unknown plume moth - Amblyptilia
Rainbow Falls State Park, Lewis County, Washington, USA
August 19, 2007
Size: 3/4 inch wide
This plume moth is unlike any I have ever seen. Normally the ones I find are drab tan or white. This was in the temperate rain forests from the western side of the Cascades.
