Tiny bug found on damp concrete

Tiny bug found on damp concrete
Preston, Franklin County, Idaho, USA
July 20, 2017
Size: Maybe 1mm
I've found swarms of these bugs when something wet is left on concrete in basement, such as a towel, or water filter, or cardboard. I've also found them swimming in standing water in the basement. They don't seem to survive long without something damp.

Entomobryidae
Entomobrya unostrigata is my guess

Moved from ID Request.

Looks like a springtail
Order Collembola. They've split this into multiple new families since I took basic entomology.

Thanks!
Fascinating, thank you!
