I've seen Pipe Organ Mud Daubers repeatedly in the area, though this is the first time I've noticed a potential nest.

Wow, a perfect one, too! No emergence holes mean that all larvae are still developing inside. Please leave it to overwinter, and remove it once everyone has left (should be about 3-4 occupants per "tube").

Over winter???
When I see these nests, about 3 weeks after they get completed I see holes in them where they have hatched out.
