Spider with Blue Egg Sac on Cliff - Pardosa - female

Spider with Blue Egg Sac on Cliff - Pardosa - Female
Tracys Landing, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA
July 17, 2016
Female spider on a very slowly collapsing portion of a beach cliff along the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. This portion of the cliff is about 3 feet off the ground, and underneath is a small mini almost cave carved out during high tides. Above and below are small ferns, mosses, and mushrooms growing on soil. Below is clay cliff, sand and debris that washes up. This location seems to be the favorite locations for Micrathena which this spider is obviously not. I know it is blurry but wondering if you can still make an id.
