southeastern Salton Sea, W of Calipatria, Imperial County, California, USA

Common along muddy shores of saline pools, not far from the Salton Sea.

saline environments have a rather rich anthicid fauna...
...at least in the Old World
most every full-winged anthicid species comes to lights, in my experience

looking at this again ...
Not one of the genera typically associated with saline environments. My guess is Vacusus, which does occur in the desert and will come to blacklight.
