The colors of his abdomen were beautiful . I was struck by how long his abdomen was . I guess it looks more like a Wasp than a Bee , but there is no sign of a stinger . It had grey eyes . It was busy cleaning off the water drops that had landed on his back as he tried to balance on a delicate branch . I have more pictures , but these came out the best , hopefully an I.D. can be made by these photos and the fact that he was so big . Thankyou , sincerely , Beth the shutterbug newbie
