Gnaphosidae or Clubionidae
Hi Michael,
This looks to be a spider in the family Gnaphosidae or Clubionidae. The image is a little small, and I cannot see the eye pattern. Regardless, both families are completely harmless and are super shy. They are common around houses and gardens.
