I suspect this is...
...a female Xestoleptura behrensi - a variable, sexually dichroic species that I have not seen, but it seems to match the description in Linsley & Chemsak (1976).

bottom right
of that page shows one image. Seems to be behrensii. Doesn't look exactly like this one, but I don't have a clue on how much they vary in markings.
