Scorpion with Closeup of Claw - Anuroctonus pococki

According to my reading, the thinner hairs sprouting from the little circles are trichobothria. They're a type of setae that are sensitive to airborne vibrations and currents. The other hairs are regular setae -- sensitive to touch.
