Maybe.
Genus Pristoceuthophilus tends to be more common west of the Cascades, though.

Actually I am ~150 mile EAST of the Cascade Summit, thus my not including Pristoceuthophilus. This specimen also does not have the bend to the hind leg as Pristoceuthophilus does.

Remember that only about half of Washington is west of the cascades. Republic much more like the Rocky Mtn foothills then Seattle.
