Anurida maritima
The number of single eyes in the eyepatch should be 5.
This is not well visible in this picture. With some imagination, I count 2 single eyes (the dark dots + 1 PAO) up to 8 (counting all dots)... but these could be out of focus sockets of macrochaetae as well...
