Red garden spider - Araneus marmoreus
Haileybury, in our garden, Web across two stakes. , Canada, Ontario, Haileybury, Ontario, Canada

Size: Fairly Large.
This spider was with us for 2 days. I have never seen one bright red before. It had a big round abdomen or butt. Like a fat marble. With hairy or spiky legs. It strung a Web between two stakes in our garden. It hung in the Web. Until a big storm came and blew it away.
Has anyone ever seen a red garden spider like this?
